Updated CEAS Scholarship Requirements for Spring 2020:

The number of credit hours required for renewal has been reduced from 24 to 12 credit hours (i.e., if you completed 12 CU Boulder credit hours between the fall 2019 and/or spring 2020 semesters you meet this requirement)

A student will qualify for scholarship renewal if they meet either of the following requirements:

End of fall 2019 CU cumulative GPA met the required renewal GPA; OR
End of spring 2020 CU cumulative GPA met the required renewal GPA

This form is intended for those who plan to take summer credits to help you meet scholarship renewal eligibility requirements (either number of completed credit hours and/or GPA minimum).
