before the desired filming.
Important Note:
When required,
Event Management Forms
must be submitted at least 30 days before an event.
All requests will receive an email response.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Business hours are:
Fall, Winter, Spring: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Summer: Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Weekend/holiday requests will not be addressed until the next business day.
